The IRS is IMPLODING, according to the IRS’s own Taxpayer Advocate!

According to a recent report to Congress by the Taxpayer Advocate, the IRS is “in crisis” and the IRS’s problems are so severe that the IRS Commissioner described the IRS plight as “untenable”.
