Tonight's Guest Is Lisa Zarcone,

She is the author of her memoir “The Unspoken Truth”. She is a Child & Mental Health Advocate and a Blogger on her website – www.lisazarcone.net

As the Massachusetts National Ambassador & Regional Director for the New England area for NAASCA She uses her title and personal story as a platform to speak about child abuse and mental health.  

Lisa has conducted many workshops geared toward these strong subjects and she shares positive ways to work towards healing, forgiveness and overall well being.    Being mentally healthy is so important in all aspects of your life – professional & personal.

As an advocate Lisa also speaks in great detail about PTSD and Suicide Prevention.   She shares her personal experience with both topics to bring further awareness to these important subjects.   She teaches about how all the dots are connected.

Lisa is a voice for the voiceless.  Her vigorous career includes countless podcast interviews, TV Appearances, Radio Interviews & DJ Spotlights, and multiple Newspaper Articles.

In June 2021 Lisa received The Heroine Award from the Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Women (MCSW) -- This award is in recognition of all the work she does out in the community.  The Unsung Heroines of MA.

Lisa is currently working on finishing her second book, “The Book of Joann”.   This is her mother’s story and their journey as mother and daughter.  Lisa is documenting the struggles of how mental illness affected their lives together.   Lisa hopes to have this published in 2022.
