Joseph Segal is an author, course creator & kindness carrier. He lives in Los Angeles California. He has come to his personal and professional focus on the healing path of kindness & compassion after dealing with the impacts of a childhood of traumas including a variety of forms of bullying and abuse from peers and various adults in his life. This abuse and trauma made it incredibly difficult for him to trust anyone, to love or accept himself and he says all the while he maintained a profound love for people and the world. That is why he has found what he calls a “Path Of Heart” in creating tools and communities for promoting compassion and kindness. That is why he carries kindness with him and says it carries him.
