Darlene J. Clark had survived different forms of abuse. From horrific child abuse to spousal abuse, to abuse from people in power, abuse from fellow supposedly Christians. Although Darlene was not protected by the police or church members, she still has an outlook which is surprising. "The Bible speaks of having faith in no man, but to keep faith in God. Don't get me wrong, it was a very treacherous road. We need to remember man has free will and because of this BAD AND EVIL BEHAVIORS ARE DONE. Man is responsible for his actions or inactions. It helps remembering some Bible verses which has helped her through the darkness. One of her favorites is 'Jesus Wept.'

One child's horrific story of living through child abuse. People have heard endless stories of child abuse, but it seems to fall on deaf ears. No individual stepped up to help this child. God helped guide her through strength, compassion, and the courage to share her story.
