Anthony Martinez  is Colonel of the Chicago Chapter of the Brown Berets National Organization  (BBNO).Which takes its roots in Chicago  during  the time of the late Chairman Fred Hampton Sr of the Chicago Black Panther Party for Self-Defense.  In fact the Brown Berets  were modeled after the program, organization and work of the BBP-SD (Black Panther Party for Self-Defense ) out of Oakland, California.
