Masonry in our jurisdiction is consolidating expansions and contractions, finding a new level of confidence that speaks to a new, vibrate young cohort of Canadians.
Perhaps the best way to explain masonry in the 20th Century is adaptable. The Balkans became an ignominous setting for assasination. We went to war but rewritting borders was our failing. Mankind paid for the mistakes, a price unfathomable. We justified death on such a scale and still are silence of shame over this stain on the conscience of humanity. Civilization and progress no longer were coterminous. We welcomed the 21st Century awakening the conspiracy theorists and collective paranoia with a lost sense of innocence. And then social media changed the rules.
Masonry was speaking to a global community. And the community of brethren spoke back.
