What do we do when we can't quite see the light? To ensure the passion that gripped us during initiation continues to encourage is at times like trying with a firm grip, drops flowing through our fingers? The great mystery of our Order is embracing and then discovering our spiritual self in very subtle and abstract ways. The Order cannot and would not compel us to study. That drive comes from within, truly the embodiment of Galileo's thoughts on teaching and learning. " You cannot teach a man anything.; you can only help him find it within." Occasionally, we have an experience of a man who is most vulnerable, incredibly intelligent, kind, authentic and sincere. The greatest minds cannot prepare us for discovery.
The answer, when it is discovered, is a form of understanding that we hold close. How then, do we apply this knowledge, this awareness to our lives?
