If only we were all created equal. If only we all had opportunity. If only dreams were reality we would not have suffering. Is it desparation that brings a man to our door? Is it unanswered questions? Perhaps it is a longing for comradery? One mans dignity is not that of another. When we understand the uniqueness of perspective, it helps with acceptance. In that, we would be mistaken to assume insight leads to liberalism because it does not. What we do with knowledge, how we apply it- whether to ourselves of with others constrasts our actions with our values. Littered along the mythical pathway taken by Hiram are mysteries that set out the challenges to Hercules. Proofs not in anyway guaranteed but simply the test. The results eventually will be harsh. Tests of any merit will always teach us about limits. Without that, we place ourselves at risk. Along that path, we also learn the supremacy of one man over another has nothing to do with tests. It has everything to do with humility in leadership. If you believe the right is always materially successful, are you competing with own ego? If dominance is what you value, then here, take it. Be it. But don't pretend it has worth. I like to think within the bowels of FM, it is gnosis that we pass along, generation to generation. Whether it is considered out of line, or contradictory gnosis is validation that engages the mind receptive. Can you imagine a more valuable currency for a brotherhood to preserve and protect? In secret societies we cluster together, debating the form of our knowledge, experimenting, gradually finding our footing only to give it way time and for the entire process to begin again with the next generation. Do our ideals change? Of course. FM gives us the tools to perform calculations- it refers us to a calculus of time and thought. Meanwhile we witness the frivolous and the profane and then look beyond.
