When President Ronald Reagan signed The Civil Liberties Act of 1988 into law and subsequently acknowledging, apologizing, and providing reparations for the fundamental injustices of the evacuation, relocation, and internment of Japanese Americans during World War II (WWII) by the United States Government, he (through congress) laid the foundation for payments to the most marginalized citizens of the United States. We know who they are, LET’S TALK ABOUT IT .
