Mark Tuggle is a community-based activist, mental health advocate, self- published author and talk radio host in NYC. His new book, Cultural Silence and Wounded Souls: Black Men Speak about Mental Health, inspired appearances on podcasts in Los Angeles, New York City, Washington DC, Canada, South Africa and the UK. Mark has also served as mentor for over 21 years to a young, Black man.
