Ross of San Antonio, Texas. He was given a choice to retire or face disciplinary action. His Retirement is official! Resigning in lieu of discipline was his best option. The Supreme Court of Texas reviewed his motion for acceptance of resignation and concluded that it was in the best interest of the public and the profession.

Phil says “I have no regrets about my decision to retire my license to practice law and cancel my membership in the State Bar of Texas. I have no interest in being associated with an organization that disregards the Constitutional rights of its members, as I feel was done in the disciplinary process. On the bright side, there are advantages to not being a licensed attorney.” We will hear more about that on our show!!
