Girlfriends.  One of our most important relationships in life and, at times, our most difficult.  They require care and attention.

In this episode, we will be taking an assessment of our current female freindships.  Christie will share some of the resources that has supported her in creating healthy and solid women relationships.  Growing up, female relationships have been some of the more difficult to navigate.  From being bullied in middle school, to feeling left out, to moving into adulthood isolated from most female friendships, Christie created an incredible community of women in her 20s and will share her current philosophy on the three closest friends she has now.

Grab a journal and take some time to assess your current friendships, your needs, your desires for sisterhood and make a plan for moving forward.

Christie is a psychotherapist, a sex educator and relationship coach, an ignite your life mentor, and author.  She co-founded and now owns and operates Hot Pink YOUniversity, solo.  Her work ignites women to reconnect with passions, purpose and play.  You can find her work, her book, her wisdom cards and her offerings at www.hotpinkyou.com
