What if running a marathon gave you more than just endurance and strength, but actually supported you to bust through perfectionism and live a more fulfilling life?  That is what Lisa Robb of the 12 Minute Turtles and Raining Glitter coaching promotes.  And, how do I know it works?  I signed up last year to be one of her 12 minute turtles and train for a half marathon.    What I am learning about myself at age 51 and training is way more than just running.  Join my guest and I as we explore what drove Lisa to create this running group of women and why she is so passionate at supporting women to consider a half marathon or a full at some point in her life.

Bio: Lisa Robb is a certified professional life coach for women and CEO of Raining Glitter Coaching. She specializes in helping women who struggle with perfectionism and constant internal and external pressure achieve satisfaction and fulfillment on their own terms. She’s the founder of the 12 Minute Turtles,  a running community that inspires others one city at a time.
