HIT-How to Succeed as a Black Manager on a New Job

This is a continuation of the Aug 21, 2012  show entitled, "Black Managers: Making it in the White Corporate World" by Floyd and Jacqueline Dickens.

I believe this is a "must have" book that every Black person should read or be aware of the basic content.

It is that crucial and enlightening. Strategies are presented to address issues that may arise while working in a non-black environment.
