Follow Directions, why do people refuse to do that?

When a person is looking for a job, what do they do? They go online, look for jobs they are interested in, look at what the qualifications are, and, if they feel they want to get a chance for an interview, they apply. You are asked to fill out your job history, send your resume, maybe send a cover letter, maybe send references. If you don't do those things, the odds of you getting an email or a call about an interview are slim. If you're looking for a paid gig for modeling, or acting, you look for an opportunity you think you're eligible for, you look at the qualifications, you send what is requested of you (headshots, resume, portfolio), and hope you get asked to audition.
