In 2008, Kleinberg opened up the first chapter in New Jersey of a networking organization known as the eWomenNetwork. The chapter grew to one of the largest in the country.


In 2010, she was honored with the "Ambassador of the Year" and the "Foundation Advocate of the Year" awards by eWomenNetwork.


Kleinberg has concentrated all her efforts to help others find their passion and live their dreams through eWomenNetwork and her newest endeavor, Empowering Connections, LLC.
