Sandra P. Peart is as an educator, speaker, and author of Tell It Like It Is ~ WHY DON’T YA?  who is passionate about helping women embrace their value and worth to receive the best life can offer. Her book and programs equip you with strategies to get the best out of a relationship. From individual coaching programs to seminars and keynote speeches, Sandra offers help to her readers and listeners to provide stimulating thought-provoking tools they need to improve facets of their relationship. She primarily helps women discover their self-worth with personal action plans that create measurable changes in thinking differently about a relationship, especially when it comes to dating and moving on from a bad relationship.

Prior to writing her book, Sandra spent twenty-three+ years as a teacher, district trainer consultant, coach, NJEA Minority Leadership Trainer, NEA Delegate Assembly Representative, workshop leader, coach, facilitator, presenter, reading specialist, researcher, grant writer,  and a recent recipient of The Shero Award from the National Coalition of 100 Black Women for her service in education.
