Richard Fleming Architect is a creator of dynamic and exciting environments that we love to shop, play, eat, learn and live in.

For over 25 years, he's been delivering a dynamic design that considers ALL our human senses, Our brain, and the built environment are in a powerful relationship, we know science has a big role in Design Thinking, which affects our Thinking and Feeling, Neuroscience + Architecture. Humans crave complete sensory places, to heal and inspire. We are drawn towards people, places, and things that inspire, restore and give us happiness.

Prior to starting Fleming Architects, Richard was Executive of Architecture, Design, and Interiors with several firms. He was Principal Architect with the Walt Disney Company for Theme Parks and Resorts and Executive of Architecture, Design, and Interiors of Retail and Hospitality for the real estate developer, The Irvine Company.

Richard was educated in Florence, Italy with Syracuse University School of Architecture and Design. It was living in Italy that his passion for creating the compelling and dynamic aesthetic flourished. Being immersed with exquisite design, architecture, interiors, art, foods and pure delight of people savoring all these aesthetics seamlessly.

His talent for visualization, artistry, and sketching enables him to vividly draw schemes that express the client's vision and environment. Richard was featured on HGTV as an inspirational designer and featured on Rate My Space.

Richard is known as the Cognitive Architect and active in many entrepreneurial innovation institutes. Later as The Walt Disney Company Principal Architect, he received the prestigious Bronze Spirit of Disneyland Excellence Award and Medal.
