Special guest: Stephanie Covington Armstrong, author of "Not All Black Girls Know How to Eat: A Story of Bulimia". Armstrong vividly describes her struggle as a black woman with bulimia. This is the first book by and among black women about eating disorders and in it, Armstrong answers many questions about why black women often do not seek traditional therapy for emotional problems.

Special Guest: Laurie Vanderboom,Director of Programs for the National Eating Disorders Association. Her recent projects are the development of several comprehensive on-line Toolkits for Parents, Educators and the soon to be released Coaches Toolkit.
