This show's featured guest is Stephanie Foster. Stephanie is happy to be a recent transplant to the Central Coast. She has had a long career in large event management and marketing, from Indy Car races to triathlons triathlons, and now she's incorporated her passion for non-profit work in managing The Longest Day for the Alzheimer's Association. TLD is a fund and awareness raising event, where participants do the activities they love to do, and add fundraising to it. In four years, she grew the Oregon program from $46,000 to $215,000 revenue, and established a volunteer committee of 22 members. Stephanie has a family touch with Alzheimer's, having lost her sons' grandmother in March of 2020, so this is a cause that hits close to home. Stephanie loves to travel, having lived in Belgium for 3 years, and enjoys getting outdoors for hikes, bike rides, water sports and exploring new places. She has four grown sons, and looks forward to their visits to the Central Coast - to show them all the beauty and fun to be had here!
