I'm thrilled to welcome back Special Guest, Valerie Serafin, to discuss the latest updates on the Harney County OR case regarding OR Measure 114 gun control legislation.  Oregonians have been in a state of confusion for 9 months awaiting the outcome of this case.  She's been doing an excellent job posting/sharing what's been transpiring over this past week with the case.  Will part or all of M114 take effect?  Will the judge find M114 violates Oregon's Constitution?  What problems have Oregonians been facing while M114 has been in limbo?  What can we expect next?
