Join me with guest Sheldon Ginsberg talking about taking up a conscious breathing practice to release your body from the flight/fight survival mode. He believes that we live in a fight or flight society. This means there are constant messages coming into our bodies that keep us in a survival state. Sheldon helps people create a conscious breathing practice which calms the body and mind and slows you down so you can hear and feel yourself. He is currently working on an emotional healing and excellence program called Becoming an Unconscious Mind Whisperer,  containing 5 – Modules with over 40 guided meditation audios. One of Sheldon's clients has a cancerous brain tumor the size of a walnut. After 10 sessions they were able to establish a connection to the tumor. When MRI results came back, the tumor had shrunk by 15mm!
