After having two husbands die, Emily discovered that writing helped her explore what she was experiencing and wanted to teach others how to deal with grief and loss by writing. She is the author of "Loving and Living Your Way Through Grief" She is also a certified Happy For No Reason Trainer through Marci Shim off’s program and teaches happiness practices.
