She developed world-class expertise delivered by Certified Specialists at Productive Environment Institute. Barbara is passionate about helping leaders get organized and accelerate their vision so they can leave a legacy that matters. As for Barbara's legacy, in addition to her far-reaching, long-lasting contributions to the organizing industry, she initiated a compassion project in India called Shepherds House Ministry which will be a home for a family of six, a ministry center for the people they serve, as well as a center to facilitate entrepreneurship.
