Debbie Bacigalupi a resident of Siskiyou County, California will be our guest to speak about the Federal governments attempts to violate property and water rights in California.

Debbie is proud to talk about her roots as a native Californian but also knows things have changed, radically.  She is a proud leader and willing to speak out about the hypocrisy of politicians, enviros, and the injustices happening to ranchers, farmers, and private property landowners.

Debbie is the newest addition to the Agenda 21 Task Force. As a 6th generation Californian (born in Redding, CA), the daughter of Siskiyou County cattle ranchers, and a Bay Area resident Debbie has a unique perspective of Agenda 21 – she is directly involved in the two target areas commonly referred to the pilot programs for rural and urban. For the past two years, she’s been studying (non-stop) the many facets of Agenda 21 including Codex Alimentarius, Vertical Farming, Bilderbergers, the monetary system, Smart Meters, chemicals in water, and much more.

Debbie is proud to talk about her roots as a native Californian but also knows things have changed, radically.
