http://www.ohiovotersforcompanionanimals.com/   Formed in 2013, Ohio Voters for Companion Animals, Inc is an Ohio-citizen driven, community based, nonprofit corporation dedicated to increasing the engagement of the Ohio animal community in public policy and to elect officials who believe that all companion animals should be treated humanely.

Our focus will be on grassroots engagement to influence legislation to improve Ohio companion animal-welfare laws. We will also work to educate and support the law enforcement and judicial communities in the enforcement and administration of Ohio's animal welfare laws.

We firmly believe that a critical step in achieving our goal of eliminating cruelty to companion animals within Ohio is to elect candidates who demonstrate an understanding of the issues and support policies to address and criminalize deliberate acts of cruelty. We encourage everyone in Ohio who cares about companion animals to get involved in the legislative process and get to know your legislators.
