Stefanie Heath-Higgins is a food policy coordinator for The Humane Society of the United States. She worked in the healthcare setting for many years before joining the food policy team. She has over ten years of experience in animal advocacy which includes founding a non-profit to combat abuse and misconceptions of pit bulls though education and awareness. A Turning information into action, she partners with institutions across New York to help add more wholesome, plant-based menu options to their menus.

Ethan Dussault is a food policy coordinator for The Humane Society for The United States, working with Texas public schools, universities, hospitals and other major institutions to develop and promote plant-based meal programs into their dining services. Ethan's work in farm animal advocacy has been exciting and varied, having served as a volunteer, grassroots organizer as well communications specialist for other major nonprofit groups, including The Humane League, where he held the role of Director of Communications.

Lauren Pitts is the LA-based food policy coordinator for The Humane Society of the United States. a registered dietician in Los Angeles, has seen first-hand how an increasing amount of people are turning to plant based meal options and opting out of animal products to reduce their risk of heart disease, diabetes, cancer and obesity.
