Tim will talk about the feeling among the veterans, the interaction between dedicated natives and our veteran group, the immense numbers of Native veterans, the bitter cold and tough conditions, and about the history that precedes this time
Even though DPLA has been ordered to halt its pipeline under the Missouri River, they have stated publicly that the pipeline will proceed as planned and will be completed on time.
