Kathy cole collected the data for the documentary, reached out to the whistleblowers, and briefed the editors regarding how each story connected. Kathy bought and rented needed equipment, paid for the studio rental, sound, lighting, hired separate film crews, the editor, assistant editor, music, and incurred other costs related to the making of the film. Kathy guided the questioning and attended meetings on how the interviews, filming and editing would be executed. She was provided rough cuts of the film throughout the process for her review and guidance.
