The embattled little city speaks louder than the raging public servant- Mayor, James Jackson. But the citizens are not loud. They are succinct, collected, and know their rights. Not only that; they know the positions that the city employees have and their responsibilities as such.

Why is a mayor overstepping and why do the others with oaths not adhere to their duties of office.
