Guest:  Francine A. Gargano, New Jersey Attorney

Our guest speaker is Francine A. Gargano, an attorney from New Jersey who brings unique strengths to this field that is greatly lacking! First, she really cares about people and second she is aware of what is happening to our elderly in hospice, hospitals and nursing homes. She advocates for them while they in the facility and for their families after the care has been less than what it should have been. Her focus is on the clients she represents and acquiring the best results for them. She is not afraid and doesn’t back down. I find these strengths refreshing!

Francine impresses on people to fight for life and not to be pressured by medical professionals to make decisions that don’t feel right for them. She ensures that her clients know what their rights are so that they can make the best decisions for themself! During our discussion, she will provide information that will help patients and their caregivers navigate through red tape and confusing medical legalities. She will also share real stories about people she has helped specifically with medical care.

Our program is about providing information to protect you or your loved one from medical predators. It is not about politics or religion but sometimes these topic cross over into medical care. The guest’s experiences and opinions are theirs and may not necessarily reflect those of the host or producer.
