Constitution of United States of America 1789 (rev. 1992)

How might this play out regardless of how the hearing goes?

Join regular contributor and Ethics Expert, Malissa Hurry with your host, Tanya Hathaway as they discuss the meaning and impact of the ruling on Monday, October 25th, 2021 on the question of “cruel and unusual punishment”.

Calls with your opinion will be accepted on tonight’s show.

“The fight for justice is never easy. It never has been, and it never will be. It exacts a toll on our self, our families, our friends and especially our children. In the end, I believe, as in my case, the price we pay is well worth holding on to our dignity. -Frank Serpico
