Tonight on TS Radio Network, Peggy Dupree and Betty Gosnel return to talk about looming bills in Florida. The Guardianship Jurisdiction Act if passed through the House and Senate, prevents any official, guardian, physician, or third party vendors from being held liable or charged with any indictments from the grand jury under the RICO Act of 1970. If a vendor or third party can establish a connection to the tribunal, immunity from prosecution for criminal acts will be law.

Tonight we will review Senate bill 1032. Of most interest are sections 744.80 and 744.81. These sections include taking testimony in another state and determining if a respondent has a significant connection with a particular state court. In other words, if you are a resident of one state and visiting in another, and one of these predators targets you, does the question of domicile enter into the discussion? Jurisdiction is determined by the state of residence. But maybe not
