After reading the book ACRES OF DIAMONDS by Russell Conwell, I am convinced we are all leaving the diamond mines in our own backyards as we travel around the world looking for larger diamonds, when in fact the diamonds we seek are found within us and our hometown, from whence we came. Therefore, we are calling the podcast, #IAMRIVIERABEACH.  
Today's Guest: Paula LeCounte Bowe

Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Paula moved to Riviera Beach at the age of 7. Paula attended Lincoln Elementary School, John F. Kennedy Middle School and graduated from Suncoast High School in the Class of 1972. Later on, Paula worked in the Palm Beach County School System for 33 years. She also worked as a nurse for 31 years and after her retirement. 
Paula is a mother of 3, her oldest daughter Tonya was murdered in 2007 at the young age of 37. Her daughter Ericka is an Army vet and her son Dwayne works at Publix. Paula has 7 grandchildren and 2 great grands. Her deceased daughter Tonya had 2 girls, Tiffany and Stephanie.
