After America witnessed the death of GEORGE FLOYD, CORPORATE AMERICA pledged $50B to address RACISM on a systemic level. More than two years after FLOYD'S murder, we invite special guests, DIVERSITY CONSULTANT LATRICE ROSS and corporate consultant YOLANDA HUGHES to discuss that $50B and did any fundamental changes take place on the climb up the CORPORATE LADDER for AFRICAN AMERICANS, or were their vows only lip service? If changes were made, are those changes quantifiable in a manner that improves their work environments and/or their bottom line? MENTAL DIALOGUE asking the questions America's afraid to ask. ALL I ASK IS THAT YOU THINK
