Pete Orput Washington County Attorney.  He was elected to that position in November, 2010.  Prior to becoming county attorney, Pete served as an assistant Hennepin County attorney in the violent crime section of that office.  There, Pete prosecuted primarily robberies, weapons and homicide cases
