He is responsible for overseeing the operations of the three Melting Pot franchises which have annual revenues in excess of $6 Million per year and over 100 employees. Because of his background in construction and design, he formed URI Construction, LLC (“URI”, Unique Restaurant Innovations), an Arizona limited liability company, with his partner Keith Burns as well as Omega Contracting and Development.
