Alice Bender Associate Director for Nutrition Programs at the American Institute for Cancer Research. Ms. Bender earned a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Public Health from Columbia University Teachers College and has provided nutrition education and counseling for over 25 years. She translates the science of cancer prevention through diet, weight and physical activity into practical advice. She keeps health professionals and the public up to date on AICR research and tools to help people take action to lower their cancer risk
