However the question that must be asked once again is WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE V.A.
Are the problems so simple as more man / women power.
Is there more going on behind closed doors the veteran needs to know.
Why does it take so long for a claim to be processed, or receive proper psychological help without being patronized and rushed out in 15-30 minutes.
