We welcome the organizers of one of the biggest conventions in the world, MEGACON, run by Beth Widera and her daughter Christine Alger.

Widera bought the convention in 1999 by mortgaging her house and taking loans from family.  In their first year they attracted only 5 thousand people.  This year, Widera expects that number to grow to over 100 thousand.
