Listen to the Sun. Oct. 30, 2022 special edition of the Pan-African Journal: Worldwide Radio Broadcast hosted by Abayomi Azikiwe, editor of the Pan-African News Wire. This episode features our PANW report with dispatches on the escalating war between the Russian Federation and Ukraine as Moscow withdraws from the international grain deal due to attacks on its fleets in the Black Sea; women in South Sudan are facing the possible closure of a medical clinic designed to address their problems inside the country; the Somalian government has announced that more than 100 people were killed in two car bomb attacks in Mogadishu over the weekend; and China-Africa solidarity is being exemplified by youth in various states across the continent. In the second hour we look at the continuing inequality which exists within African states. We also examine the current crisis in Haiti and the broad opposition to western imperialist intervention. Finally, we listen to an extended recent interview with writer and activist Julia Wright.
