Listen to the Fri. Jan. 26, 2024 special edition of the Pan-African Journal: Worldwide Radio Broadcast hosted by Abayomi Azikiwe, editor of the Pan-African News Wire. This episode has a focus on the recently delivered International Court of Justice (ICJ) decision at the Hague. Our PANW segment will feature reports on the world's lauding of the ruling by the United Nations High Court; we look in detail at the character of the decision; the Republic of South Africa, the bringer of the legal petition on behalf of the Palestinian people, have hailed the court order; and the resistance forces in Gaza are responding favorably to the ICJ. In the second hour we listen to the response of the South African Minister for International Relations and Cooperation, Dr. Naledi Pandor, on the ICJ preliminary findings. Later we review the actual order read by the president of the ICJ. Finally, we listen to a panel discussion on the legal implications of the ICJ ruling.
