Good evening and welcome to personal transformation. I am honoured to have Alex Bien on the show, tonight we will be speaking about his story and healing journey, and also speaking about parenting, while going through recovery.

I will share what it's like from the past in not dealing with the healing journey and still being a parent, with the ups and downs where all kinds of stuff goes on.

Alex will be speaking at the 9th Transforming Trauma Confernce coming up May 31st. Then tonight, if we are lucky Alex will perform with his music, as he is a recording artist strapping a guitar making beautiful music. I am looking forward to our conversation, and hope you will find it interesting.
