A young man who is 15 was in the school office on a Monday alone and on Tuesday the same student was again in the office, but this time his parents were with him. On December 1, 2021, a 4th victim, a young man 17 years old, passed away. Four had remained hospitalized and 3 have been treated and released. A 14 yr. old male was still in critical condition with shots to the jaw and hand; a 17 yr. old has improved and removed from critical to stable with wounds to the left chest and neck; a 17 yr. old female was still in critical condition with shots to the chest; there was a 15 yr old male released with a wound to the left leg; there was a 17 yr old male with a hip injury. The 47 year old teacher was discharged with a wound to her left shoulder.

The young man has been charged with terrorism charges causing death; four counts of first degree murder; 7 counts of assaults with intent to do murder and 12 counts of felony firearms.
