You should be noticing a change in your life that helps you think more clearly and understand the truth more fully. You should have exercises and meditation techniques as tools to keep yourself more healthy and more strong. You should be empowered to deal with stress and to formulate your own workout programs and meditation techniques. Persevere and you will learn to do more.
