Effective communication is a skill that is important to have. Whether one is speaking with a family member, partner, in the public or within the work place. How one communicate is very important. By delivering messages clearly there is no room for misunderstanding or alteration of message, which decreases the potential for a conflict. There can be barriers to communication. Individuals can also have bad habits. If you are in a relationship with another or have difficulties communicating with your children or others you don't want to miss this show.
There is always room for improvement. Many individuals will often try to avoid conflicts by not talking however conflicts can be room for growth and opportunities. I have heard it be said for an individual to say what they mean just don't be mean. I want to hear your thoughts. Last week the show was about honesty.
