Mob Programming is a development practice where the whole team works on the same thing, at the same time, in the same space, and at the same computer. This is a “Whole Team” approach to doing all the work the team does – including coding, designing, testing, and working with the “customer” (partner, Product Owner, user, etc). We'll take a look at the practice and explore the benefits and some ideas you can try on your own team.

Woody Zuill has been programming computers for 30 years, and works as an Agile Coach/Development Manager. Over the last 15 years he has worked as an Agile Coach, Trainer, and Extreme Programmer. He believes code must be simple, clean, and maintainable to realize the Agile promise of Responding to Change. He spent many years as an artist/designer/manufacturer of graphics for televised sporting events where deadlines are for real. Loves Mob Programming.
