July 7th was Tell the Truth Day. That got me thinking and talking about it because of its huge effect on relationships. Last week I shared a few examples of how even heart-centered good-intentioned people lie. I briefly touched upon the worst kind of lies, which are the ones we tell ourselves. That’s what I’ll be talking about today.

If you have a thought or a story to share on the subject, I invite you to call in.

My intention with this show, and this discussion, is ultimately to help us all have happier and healthier relationships. The journey to get there is not easy, but it’s well worth it. Every piece of awareness of an emotional block is another step on the path. When you know better, you do better. We always have choices, and sometimes we have choices we can’t see. New awareness can elicit new choices. New choices creates a new reality. That’s how we raise the bar for ourselves and our relationships.
