Missouri Gov. Nixon has declares a state of emergency

While everyone waits to hear if Officer Wilson will face trial for the shooting death of unarmed Michael Brown.  The Show-Me-State Missouri's Governor Nixon. has placed the state into a state of emergency.  The Show Me State has the National Guard on stand by, and of course we have protestors,  communist groups, special interest groups such as Black Panthers and KKK. Gov. Nixon is giving a performance before the verdict is released.  What has been released , by Ferguson Police Chief Tom Jackson. If Officer Wilson is not indicted by the grand jury, he will return to work.  Why the state of emergency before verdict is released?  Does Gov Nixon, already know the verdict?  Is this why Police Chief Jackson stated if not indicted Wilson will be back to work?  Can this be a false flag. a preparation to losing 1st amendement right to free speech.  How many rights will be taken away.
