Jjust as importantly we are concerned about the constitutionality of informants frequenting mosque looking for young Muslims to target for entrapment.

Marlene is the mother of Tarik Shah who is currently serving 15 years in prison after encountering the undercover agent “Saeed a/k/a Shariff” featured in (T)ERROR DOCUMENTARY 2015”. Tarik’s parents (the former Lt. Shah and Marlene) were close friends and confidants of Minister Malik Shabazz (Malcolm X) and Betty Shabazz.

In our post September 11, 2001 American society “the delicate balance between civil liberties and domestic safety” has shifted towards an aggressive pursuit to catch the “bad guys” before they strike. However, as noted in the video (T)ERROR DOCUMENTARY 2015” the FBI recruits criminals and con-men because, “the best informants are the – kind of – worse people.” A Federal Judge described informants to be “sociopaths because they require them to build these very close relationships and then betray them for personal means.”
